								The
								reconstruction compensations were paid according
to the statistics that included the damaged
buildings listed in detailed forms. The forms
required visiting each damaged unit, surveying
								the damages of paint/electrical equipment/water
cycles/furniture etc… The buildings were later
subjected to a financial round, starting with
pricing, into auditing, and then documenting and
archiving them, followed by tables including
names and fiscal numbers. Compensations were
paid in accordance with the fiscal numbers, with
taking into consideration that not any side can
directly start reconstructing due to the
hugeness of this file, for more than 120,000
units were affected including houses, shops,
institutions and others, yet they should hasten
its implementation. Jihad al Binaa dealt with
the owners as if they were the managers of their
own reconstruction projects, and this file was
								covered in six months.
